- Completed postgraduate studies at the Department of Social Pedagogy at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specialty 13.00.05 – Social Pedagogy (1997–2000).
- Worked as a Lecturer in Social Pedagogy and specialized disciplines at the Pedagogical College at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (1997–2002); Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Work and Practical Psychology of the Faculty of Social Management at the Academy of Labour, Social Relations and Tourism (2002–2008).
- Since 2008, has been working at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University: Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Pedagogy and Correctional Education at the Institute of Psychology and Social Pedagogy (2008–2009); Associate Professor at the Department of Social Pedagogy and Correctional Education at the Institute of Psychology and Social Pedagogy (2009–2011); Associate Professor at the Department of Social Pedagogy and Social Work at the Faculty of Human Sciences (2011–2015); Deputy Director for Research at the Faculty of Human Sciences (2015–2019); Head of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Social Work at the Faculty of Human Sciences, Faculty of Psychology, Social Work and Special Education (since September 2019).
- Since December 2024 – Vice-Rector for Social and Humanitarian Work.
- In 2009 defended PhD thesis in specialty 13.00.05 – Social Pedagogy on "Social and Pedagogical Activity of Student Volunteer Groups" at the Specialized Academic Council of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
- Research interests include social pedagogy, social work, volunteering, social advocacy, social prevention, and quality evaluation of social services.
- Author of more than 100 scientific publications and methodological guidelines.
