On 26 September 2025, European Day of Languages, students and lecturers from Grinchenko University met with Oksana Shvaika, project coordinator at the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The DAAD Information Centre in Kyiv organises and conducts competitions for DAAD scholarships, cooperates with German and Ukrainian universities within the framework of inter-university partnerships, with the German Embassy and other representative offices of German organisations in the field of education, and with DAAD lecturers working in Ukraine.

Sydney, Australia

Last week, the World Conference of Women's Shelters was held in Sydney, Australia, with Olena Shevchenko as one of the keynote speakers, a third-year student in ESP “Social Work” at the Department of Social Pedagogy and Social Work, Faculty of Psychology, Social Work and Special Education at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University, Head of NGO “Insight” and co-founder of the Charitable Organisation “Women's March”.
