Project aim is to conduct a comprehensive study of European standards regarding good governance. This is achieved by synthesizing and accumulating the structural experience of countries that have successfully undergone the systemic transition from a post-communist institutional framework to full membership in the European Union.

Key objectives and activities: to achieve its mission, the project focuses on the following strategic tasks:
- development and subsequent piloting of a specialized academic training course;
- organization of professional roundtable discussions and forums to facilitate high-level dialogue;
- fostering a robust environment for the international exchange of expertise and professional experience;
- drafting comprehensive policy proposals and submitting them to state authorities for further integration into national governance frameworks;
- dissemination of successful European practices through dedicated public resources and specialized academic platforms;
- establishment of sustainable horizontal communication networks connecting higher education institutions, think tanks, educational programme stakeholders, and governmental bodies;
- active promotion of European governance models and sustainable development strategies within the Ukrainian educational and administrative landscape.
