Student life at the Applied College "Universum" is diverse, rich, and engaging. Students volunteer to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces, are egaged in civic initiatives, artistic competitions, festivals, and sports competitions. The most active students participate in Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University's social project "With Kyiv and for Kyiv," which aims to meet the educational needs of Kyiv residents by organising cultural events, quests, and quizzes. They collaborate with teachers to hold workshops for preschool and school-age children, as well as for all interested Kyivans. The College's youth initiate and organise charity events to support orphans, and children from large and low-income families on St. Nicholas Day, New Year's Day, Easter holidays, and Children's Day.
Our students actively participate in the capital's scientific life, conducting research in management, arts, and literature, eventually publishing their findings in scientific journals. An integral part of student life is practical training, which takes place at enterprises, law firms, courts, publishing houses, secondary and preschool education institutions, art establishments, choreographic studios, galleries, and museums.
